Refund policy

At streetpulse.pk, we want you to shop with confidence.
Whether you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or just don’t love the pair — we’ve got you covered.

Returns

  • We accept returns for any reason, including change of mind.

  • You must contact us within 2 days of delivery to request a return.

  • The shoes must be unused, in their original condition, and with packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you can get  bank transfer or any other online way.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or pair? No problem.

  • You can request an exchange within 2 days of delivery.

  • We will cover one re-shipping cost for your first exchange.

  • If a second exchange is requested, shipping both ways will be paid by the customer.

  • The replacement pair will be sent once the returned item is received and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”  cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Minor wear, marks, or imperfections shown in product photos are normal for thrift shoes and not valid for returns.
